Abseiling & Zip lines Quarry

Beautiful quarries in the woods just outside Bad Bentheim, a medieval city at the German / Dutch border. A long time ago they where used to excavate Bentheim Sandtone, wich was used for almost every castle and church in this region, bus also the base from the Statue of Liberty in New York is made of these stones.

The rocks are over 30 meters high, and give a perfect opportunity for zip-lining and abseiling. The 70-meters long zip line extremely fast, within a few seconds you end up 35 meters lower.
